Well, I guess no other Nations would want to send in troops where there is any chance they would get killed or have to shoot some Iraqi looters. It costs money to train those people, they should be saved for more important jobs, like assisting in national disasters or mob control at Political gatherings.
Things seem to be quieting down a bit, and it might be considered safe enough over there in a few more weeks.
They could patrol the pipelines or guard the utilities.Take credit for winning the peace.
