WINGNUT JUDGE: IGNORE THE RULE OF LAW!
On national television Thursday, the American people were
urged to ignore the rule of law by a crackpot Alabama judge
who wants to shove his phony Christian fundie religious beliefs
down the throats of taxpayers of all faiths.
Judge Roy Moore's antics are what happens when right-wingers
are allowed to serve in positions of power and responsibility.
They will inevitably abuse that power and responsibility, be it
through unwarranted "impeachments," election thefts,
attempting to establish a state religion, or any number of other
serious violations of our American values.
Why do Judge Moore and his supporters - who are free to pray
as loudly and intensely as they choose in their homes, in
churches, in bathroom stalls with Clarence Thomas, and at
almost every other location (and also free to pray silently
anywhere, anytime) - believe they must violate a First
Amendment that protects religious freedom for all, by placing
monuments to specific religions in public places?
Maybe Jesus (D) himself, whose message has been relentlessly
corrupted and perverted by the fake "Christians" that comprise
most of the American "religious right," can enlighten us as to the
pathology that compels weirdoes like Judge Moore to walk up to
podiums and declare their religiosity before TV cameras, cheered
on by other histrionic scofflaws:
