Fergusson is always interesting and always worth a read. I've got the latest issue of Foreign Affairs on the desk beside me but have not taken the time yet to read it. You will, of course, love it, since the principle article is by Madeleine Albright, a second by Ronald Asmus (who was in the Clinton administration), and a third by James Rubin (Albright's press secretary).
