Yeah, that's the question isn't it? The only hope Cisco has for fair treatment is Huawei's desire to compete in the U.S. As long as they want to compete here, then they will have to pay the piper for screwing Cisco. U.S. courts take a dim view of thieves, unlike Chinese courts. Or should I say, Chinese courts take a dim view of Chinese thieves if the theft is perpetrated against other Chinese companies, but they turn a blind eye when the theft is perpetrated against foreign companies. It's all part of their bid for superpower status. Economic supremacy is their long term objective and they'll fight for it by hook or by crook.
