Still here? Still living in a dream world of:

1) the UN is a bunch of dummies because they can't find WMDs even though they have, what, 50 inspectors.

2) We are the uber race that will find WMDs... someday... because we have 160,000 troops, millions of dollars available in rewards and control the country.

3) Osama is Saddam's buddy.

4) Compounding our former mistakes (Mossedeq in Iran) will make the world safer.

5) Iraq (maybe the entire middle east) is not Vietnam. We are not mired in an unwinnable situation. Everything will be peachy keen as soon as we... Ahem... establish a democracy of leaders we choose and get the factions who hate each other to act the way we want.

6) Bush would never lie to us. It's not about oil.

7) All Muslims are evil.*

8) Our colonial past is in the past and doesn't matter a bit.

9) Those dumb Europeans who didn't support the war and whose corporations didn't get the gravy train contracts are double dumb now because they don't want to take over the economy draining financing of the eternal peace keeping force.

10) Conservation is dumb. A chicken in every pot and two HumVees in every garage! ME FIRST!

11) Saddam is bad and it will be better if he is gone.

12) If I stick my head in this here sand everything will be OK.

Well I guess you did get one right...

*If this were King Henry VIII England the villains would be the Protestants or Catholics depending on how Bush felt that day. It's all about finding a villain. We need simplistic answers don't we.
