Big wake-up call here, in several ways .... people like to build in park-like woodsy surroundings, of which there are lots outside towns here, and it's going to cost us .... insurance has been getting costly for years, now it's going to go insane .... on this road here we're getting pretty organised, everybody's got everybody else's cell numbers and a list of equipment available ... guys with machinery are showing others where the keys are hidden in case they're not right there ... i need a 1000 litre water tank shaped for the skidder arch, so i can pick it up with the chokers and go, every year about this time i decide to have one made, and never have yet .... but in re-roofing this place when it's time, it won't be shakes again, probably metal
