John McCain agrees with me and he is not mouthing DNC talking points. There was a failure to plan for the chaos and anarchy in post-war Iraq. The biggest failure was the failure to plan for specialized personnel who could speak Arabaic and law enforcement officers and civilian administrators. The UN has many of these people but we did not welcome UN help.
