This company has got to be the worse managed company i have seen in awhile or they simply dont give a shit about shareholders- they just announced a sale of 10MM shares to private investors at a price of .95 per share. as result they will have change the conversion price on the preferred shares from $1.48 to $.95 as well as the warrants. as a result they say the dillution increases by some 12%. from a shareholder point of view it looks to me like they spent $35MM in shareholder equity to get $9.5MM in cash.
