Bush waited until the final moment that the weather would allow and the war started. Wow, that is some interesting nit-picking! Of course, Bush could have waited for the following year, weather being a seasonal event. Bush stated that Saddam didn't let the inspectors in. In reality, Saddam did let the inspectors in. Furthermore, the only reason the inspectors were not there in the first place is because of America withdrew them (following American violations of the inspection protocol). Tom
