Texas had several hundred on their waiting list that scored higher (& were there longer) than Bush... who scored only one point away from mandatory ineligibility. "Well when I have a job to do... The son of a decorated WW II pilot goes to the top of my list if I am familiar with the family. I don't care about paper qualifications." >>> OK. So, it's who one is related to - not the 'content of their character', or their abilities, that matters to you.
