I see you are avoiding discussion on drafts that supported very valid conflicts global conflicts and instead use draft dodgers from Vietnam as an example.

Providing market incentives to entice enlistment may suit your ideal of freedom, but others paid the price for our freedom because they felt it was their duty.

Duty and honor to serve are something that cannot be bought. A compulsory service to your country can be both.

I served and made sacrifices. I was even on a ship that was turned away from you country of sheep and people because we may have been carrying nuclear weapons. Think about that, warships from a country that saved your asses from the Japanese turned away 40 years later.

There would be equal chance among all of being on the front lines taking chances if there was a draft. Or do you think we saved the world in WWII with only poor draftees?

You sound like the coward hiding behind your sheep because you know there is no price high enough for you to defend anything you have.
