Ken Lay, Jeff Skilling, Andy Fastow & Co. drove Enron into the ground while they sold hundreds of millions in stock options...they lied to many of their stakeholders and destroyed thousands of jobs and pensions...Why are NO top Enron execs in prison...? What kind of example does this set for corporate America...? A Clark or Kerry Administration would have a Justice Department that holds corporate criminals accountable for their actions -- no exceptions. -s2 btw, I heard Ken Lay knows too much about Bush (and Cheney) and will never be prosecuted under this administration.
