I am saying that the next few years are a blip over the last 22 years since it invaded Iran instead of electing to move towards its potential of 8-10mbpd.

I am saying that now is not important but what Iraq is doing 3-5 and 7-10 years from now is very important.

I notice you dodge the point about what Iraq's inflicted damage has done as well as the damage it did to Iran and Kuwait.
