The Uniform Code for Military Conduct is much more detailed and supercedes this in many ways. It provides guidelines for prosecution and defence etc.

Are their breaches? - yes as in all armies. Are all breaches discovered and prosecuted? - no as in all such situations.

Your implication that Mao - whose thugs killed millions - was some kind of moral role model and your implication that our armed forces are breaking our own rules is reprehensible. Your specific implications against our armed forces personel would have earned you at least a few days off from Ken if he were around. Ken and many others on this thread either served in the military or are sons and daughters of such men.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
