Was glad to see this announcement. Especially the part that stated the value of $7.50 for the stock. But what does this really mean? Are they options or are they awarded at the time the stock goes to 7 1/2 or do they receive more stock if the price remains below the 7 1/2.

Any idea of the details of this?

Do like the idea that they are building their expertise in the casino area in order that they can be "well prepared" if and when Florida "opens up."
