Something I keep running across is arguments that the identities of the hijackers didn't show up on any passenger lists.

I'm half guessing the airlines released the names of the victims rather than a complete list. Do you or anyone else know if that was the case, or were the published lists really supposed to include every person on the plane, including hijackers?
