I participated in a poll this morning. The following is one of the questions, one I had a lot of trouble with. It occurred to me that the thread might want to engage on the subject.

Which of the following statements best represents your opinion:

Statement A: A higher percentage of blacks and Hispanics are arrested for crime because they are more likely to commit crimes.

Statement B: A higher percentage of blacks and Hispanics are arrested for crime because the police are more likely to investigate their behavior.
