I have already, each was refuted as destined to get better before it ruins any economic expansion first or as irrelevant to valuations.

Unemployment.
Unsustainable low Interest rates.
High Gas Price.
Consumer debt.
Rising "taxes" at state and local level.
Valuations.

To that I'll add:
Money Supply from Fed
Options expensing?! (Heard that lately?)
Iraq cost?
And I'm sure I've missed a psychosis or two.
