Layoffs to come from State and Local Government jobs when the reality of the budget deficit takes hold.

High insider sell to buy ratio
High levels of bullish sentiment
Low volume on the recent market advance
Low VIX and VXN numbers - Too much complacency
Ballooning Federal Debt
Historical valuations at the bottom of bear markets need to be respected because we sure never got there.

Unemployment.
Unsustainable low Interest rates.
High Gas Price.
Consumer debt.
Rising "taxes" at state and local level.
Valuations.

Money Supply from Fed
Options expensing?! (Heard that lately?)
Iraq cost?
