KT is the world's expert on bond funds, but the ones I follow are the Nuveen closed end funds, NUV, NAZ, NXP, NXQ, NKR, NFZ (NAZ, NKR, NFZ are all AZ-muni funds, so free of state and federal tax). These are leveraged, so they're riskier than straight munis, but the yields are correspondingly higher.
