Two-party systems are a statistical game (of redistricting) for the big-wigs. However, it is based on the principle that neither democracy nor information is not for the masses, just polls and pavlovian manipulation. That is obviously one of safest ways to run a people. Just to make you happy, another CSPAN link, on how California shows the way for the rest of USA, although it looks to be the way USA should not take.
