Tell the troops in Iraq that YOU participated in the anti - war protests earlier this year, which directly resulted in Saddam mistakenly thinking that your crap was somehow going to make him immune from full disclosure and cooperation with the Security Council's orders.

And be sure to point out Chirac's deliberate obstruction and implosion of the diplomatic process in favoring covering up France's criminal activities selling arms and engaging in prohibited contracts, over the human lives concerned.
