VFW CONVENTION -- AS, Amy Goodman of Democracy NOW! pointed out today that it was at last years convention that Dick Cheney introduced the "Iraq War" product to the vets and the media. While I'm grateful that John Kerry mentioned all the loss of benefits to the veterans, appealing to the basic greedy nature of mankind and being true to the "tax and spend liberal" agenda, I'm wondering why I didn't get the impression that Kerry was coming out with both barrels firing on how badly the Bush/Cheney crew are lying to the vets and the public? Kerry seems to have pulled his punches, once again. To most Democrats, this has got to be disappointing.
