No. I'm not sure what you are trying to say here. I yank a post that violates the rules. If needed, I suspend the poster. They get a message either from me or the next time they post that they are suspended. 99% of the time people know exactly what they did. Which is why our friend Bux 1) made a copy of the post before he posted it and 2) edited it and reposted it after it got deleted, well before hearing from me. He knew he was breaking the rules.

I assume by pebbles, you mean users on the site? It's not my job to protect people from themselves (especially if they are stupid enough to base their decisions on anonymous posters). I yank posts based on their content and accordance with the TOU. If they are against it, I pull them. Plain and simple. However, I do run across posts that have great content, but they end it by attacking someone. In those cases, I'll send the user a copy of the post and ask them to remove the garbage from it. That way, the pebbles are saved, once again.
