Perhaps we all should worry about the US airline industry as well--primes, subs, and their customers, the airline companies as well.....Has ANYONE here taken an 8 legged, US city trip in one week recently? All changes of planes and carriers....PLUS 6 of those legs having a very through check of baggage, both carry on as well as checked?? Close family member did this past week...has been in the industry his entire career......saw 3 Sr VP's and head of airlines.....Is VERY concerned! If one has to put up with the hassle from start to finish of trip, one has to wonder no longer why this very necessary industry is in such disaray! The special searches are VERY intrussive, to say nothing of time consuming and painful to stand in such long lines that go no where....... Perhaps the senators and Presidential candidates should try going through the lines and process, even if they fly other private planes....they will know quickly why this is on its way to being a dying industry.... This family member is ALL for eye scans and finger print cards for frequent fliers.... The government already knows where we are going and have been, if we use credit cards, or ATMs...
