What a coincidence. The UN Security Council had no intention of abiding by the UN Security Council. Seems like nobody listens. Not dictators. Not superpowers. Hell, it doesn't even listen to itself. Except maybe for the diplomats to hear themselves talk real purty and draw up all sorts of fancy soundin paper.
