William: We may have to wait until after Labor Day for a better view.<g> My impression is that in spite of yesterday's late "rally" the down-trend from the August 22 H is going to continue with confirmation on a close below 9165 on the DOW and 1740 on the NAZ and with further acceleration of the trend on a close of the DOW below 8990 and the NAZ below 1640 I am now 60% on cash and looking for places to park it.<g> RAGL Bernard
