UIC and GVP could be watched if legislation and money comes in. What about Utilities.... they pass cost on one way or the other..build out would probably have those pullback or lose some dividends and the bigs (D,DUK,AEP etc) would have better survival and buyout smaller utilities because of costs/utilization-definite legislation will rule when quasi-gov/public enities come in play. We would see talk but no action for a
long while, so those are just future projected ideas. (I don't think shorting utilities is a good idea, just wait on them.)

Theres always Shaw Group, SGR they are having a hard time as of late, watch for dirt cheap price on that one. (They had their blackout spike)

I had a low bid on GVP before earnings till it grew moss.
(no volume, no interest,mediocre earnings,great backlog) I think it should come down to 1.40 imho.
