Matt, you gave three objections to my post, all three of which have been covered:

1) Of course my post was "all about Jim". He's the one who publicly admitted to selling all his shares and because of his high profile in the world of people invested in the tiny company called IDCC, that's a subject worthy of discussion.

2) I did not repost something you deleted. I edited out the part I thought you found offensive and then posted the cleaned up version.

3) Finally, your claim that I was trying to piss Jim and the entire board off is so vague and subjective that I don't see how I can defend myself from that one. I wasn't trying to piss anyone off. Since when did Ihub adopt a TOU agreement that was so subjective it effectively creates a dictatorship. That claim could be made about just about any controversial post and is so subjective it's laughable.

It more than clear that you don't have a case against me and so you have to resort to trumped up charges. History is full of this sort of abuse of power.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a lifetime (or annual) membership at Ihub think about the risks before doing so. I essentially wasted $129, down the tube. Don't make the same mistake I did.
