Advanced Healthcare Technologies, Inc. Announces New International Marketing Director

FARMINGDALE, N.J., Aug 27, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Advanced Healthcare Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: AVHCE), today announced the hiring of an International Sales Group headed by its new International Marketing Director, Mr. Frederick Schwab of e-medical-europe. Mr. Schwab has an outstanding record in the sales and marketing of medical devices throughout Europe, having started his career in 1990 with Puritan Bennett. Mr. Schwab was instrumental in building the Homecare Dealer Network in Germany, and later became ventilation specialist for Vital Aire, the German Air Liquide Homecare Organization.


In the year 2000, Mr. Schwab became President of European Sales for eVent Medical Ltd., a manufacturer of ventilators for intensive care units. During his tenure with the company, he was responsible for the development of a European and international sales network of hundreds of dealers and distributors located in 48 countries.

Mr. Schwab is the founder of e-medical-europe, a company engaged in the marketing of a wide range of medical devices, including medical sensors and medical monitoring equipment, and in which company he has utilized the previous dealer/distributor sales network.

Mr. Schwab is trained in electronics engineering, with experience in laptop marketing, with Toshiba, and as a market service engineer for a worldwide medical equipment company specializing in sleep apnea and ventilator products.

Advanced Healthcare Technologies, Inc. has begun the process of certifying its products under ISO 9000, and is finalizing its requirements to obtain a CE mark for product certification in Europe. Upon completion of these two processes, the company will be allowed to sell its products throughout the European Union and to many of the 48 countries in which reside Mr. Schwab's dealer and distributor network.

Randy Sulhoff, National Marketing Director for Advanced Healthcare Technologies, Inc., states that Mr. Schwab is the "ideal marketing director for international sales," and that he expects him to be an "enormous success for the Company." Mr. Sulhoff reflects that "if we (the company) can sell just one unit to each of Mr. Schwab's distributors, we will have a minimum initial market of $500,000.00."

Mr. Schwab is slated to become the President and Chief Executive Officer of a new German subsidiary of the company, formed to coordinate and manage all international business.
