You mentioned liquidating some assets to have cash for buying on a dip. I've been thinking about that, too. Have two mutual funds -
SP500 and Kaufman - and thought of selling some of them. I'd give up
a few % possible gains, but could maybe later pick up AMAT or
another of my hot stocks and make several times the loss. Puts
are fine, but I'd have to be right about the time frame. I'm loath
to sell anything now, because a couple of earlier (profitable) sells
proved to be much too soon. What's your take on AAPL? I think the last two days' rise is unjustified. But I won't say 'the market is wrong'<g>.
