I find the dichotomy of fight/truce to have little relevence. I enjoy honest disputation. I enjoy the process of resolving disagreement; and I enjoy the reaching of agreement--regardless of whether it is myself or another who has gained a better understanding. For me it is always about ideas in spite that I rise to use whatever tools are being used against me.
