To ALL,

QCOM reported a backlog of over 1.3B which looks like it includes the entire recent orders by Sprint & PCSprimeco. Backlog after March quarter was 460M which when you add the 850M orders = over 1.3B. I know they are 51% owners w/ Sony of the company making all the handsets and it is a joint venture between subsidiaries of QCOM and Sony. So this backlog number as far as QCOM may be a little misleading. It's also possible that they only included their piece and got other orders to make up the difference - but the numbers fit so well I suspect they reported the entire orders because they're the majority holder.
