In Jerusalem, Bloomberg Carries His Solidarity Message by Bus nytimes.com "America is not letting the terrorists win," Mr. Bloomberg said at Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital. "We are striking back, and that, I think, is what Israel has always done and what I would urge you to continue to do," he said. "You cannot talk when people have a gun to your head. You should not talk when people have a gun to your head. You have to stop the violence first." Who is it that has all the guns? Turning the issue upside down and blaming the victims must be standard operating procedure. len
