The captialization here is too small for most funds to get into - any action by SFLX would have little impact on most funds, and SEC restrictions also limit the exposure. That is why there are opportunities like this for us little investors to take advantage of.

Price is driven by earnings or expected earnings, once the price begins to increase the capitalization will increase, once the capitalization increases it becomes more liquid as well as attractive to institutions, once it becomes attractive to institutions hold onto your hat as we blastoff and the momentum players jump on board.

Michael Murphy, Editor of a technology newsletter (the name of which escapes me), was recently quoted in Wired magazine stating that due to the size of most institutional investors he considers anything under $1 billion small cap since some of those institutions will have problems getting into stocks below that size.

This takes time Kent. We are still on the launch pad, which is fine because I'm still adding fuel (buying shares). Longer term we will move upward, or someone will move us upward.

I agree tax changes will take some time to sink in, but once the education starts (and mutual fund investors start paying taxes on their share of "income" from the fund even when they do not sell)small and mid cap stock picking will come back in vogue. In short, the band will march over to us and play, we don't need to go find the music.

Just the opinion of a micro and small cap investor.

Best - Joe
