Marcos, I know what you mean, there needs to be some open minds at work:

"Matt can be reasoned with, in my experience, you can't do so from a self-anointed position of infallibility, but that so rarely works with anyone, don't you find..."

Unfortunately, your experience reasoning with Matt is not the same as mine. If he decides you are too bearish on a stock or otherwise get on the wrong side of him, there is no reasoning. I would not be over here on SI if he was willing to discuss the issue but he refused to acknowledge my perspectives in any way, shape or form. He was right, I was wrong, end of discussion.

He has a double standard, some people he treats like people, some he treats like felons simply because he does not like their perspectives. I proved this with the examples I posted of the TOS violations of others that I made him aware of and he refused to take any action whatsoever (because they were personal attacks on me).

He is not fair or balanced.

Woe to those who he decides he doesn't like.

Don't waste your money on a subscription to Ihub and I would use the same caution on SI because we never know when they may decide to merge for efficiency reasons and I don't think Matt could get his jollies off if he were not moderator in some shape or form. He doesn't have any power in the everyday world, that pitiful world called Ihub is all he has.
