Bush will be known for saying that the terrorists, or those who harbor them, will be subjected to America's war against terrorism. As you pointed out, the Democrats will be known for the famous phrase, "It depends on what the meaning of is is." Why did President Clinton say such a ignoble thing? Because he didn't want to accept responsibility for his satisfying his sexual appetite in the White House, when he should have been spending his time protecting our country from our enemies. In other words, Clinton should have been doing his job instead of getting one.
