J.P.,re:"all the suckers work for peanuts...". As long as they are disclosed, I've no problem with that. The worst is being stabbed in the back and didn't know what happened. It's a culture thing, capitalism at its best. They have to have 'killer instict' to be successful. That's why they have that FEDERAL-PROP-13 in 2008. This group of 'people' has no MERCY. They can make a killing without seeing anyone's blood. (at least not directly) These guys can be considered lethal weapons themselves, much like the 'black-belt in karate', they can legally kill without seeing any blood shed. AND THEY ARE GOOD, VERY GOOD AT IT.
