Why a cause for concern? India desperately needs such jobs, much more so than the US. As an advanced country, US needs to upgrade its labor force with greater training for higher productivity jobs and outsource the rest to countries that can do it cheaper and/or better. No cause for alarm or protectionism, though some politicians will lobby for decreased H1B quotas to "save jobs" for Americans.
