Henry, tracing those genes back to the origins is like tracing the human DNA pool back to Lucy. It's almost funny that you are able to track it back. Such few cases and they are identifiable by individuals who went somewhere at particular times. After the pot of popcorn has started exploding all over the place, there won't be any tracking back to see who went where when and got which of a thousand mutations from whom.

It's obviously still in the early stages. No chance of keeping it in the cage? Well, not when the doctors are declaring there's no need for isolation and the Trojan horses are out galloping around the community. When a community has let somebody in, with the enemy hidden within, the bugs will jump out and attack and nobody will see them coming.

To mix a few metaphors [Lucy, popcorn, horses and stables locked after the Trojan horse has bolted].
