Was not discussing the merits of legalistic law$uit$.
Just summing up some events which show a trend to "redistribute" money "people's exploiters" made on the back of the "spoliated workingclass". (I'll stop here or risk to be banned for racism <ng>).

My feeling is that the SA integrated miners (Anglo, HMY, GFI,..) are diversifying, exploring in other countries, JV with foreign companies and when the majority of their activity will be non-domestic, they'll relocate and pay their taxes to a more friendly country. Who will be holding the empty bag?

Meanwhile, SA gold production is falling. Yep, good for the price.
