Gold Fields "does it again" in Venuzela this time... <font color=slateblue> Gold Fields Ltd has announced that it has acquired a 15% stake in Bolivar Gold, through an under-written private placement. If Gold Fields exercises all of its share purchase warrants it will have 20.7% of Bolivar's outstanding common shares.
