The main problems I have with that are :

1. I can make similar forecast based on fundamental analysis and no one will pay me a dime, on the other hand those monkeys collects millions in compensation

2. No one of those guys or gals go to jail for market manipulation or dessemination of misleading information.

3. Even if a company follows their advise to hedge their production, and losses money there is no recourse for the company to recover, even that markets are manipulated like today or yesterday
