Looking back at CREE's last conference call I am a bit mystified by the sales outlook for this quarter. (forget the lawsuit problems). It seems every report on wireless handset sales is up...and the newer color screen models are selling best. Auto sales are up, electronics sales are up, defense spending is up. Yes, there are some pricing pressures, but with increased demand there should be a floor in place that higher volumes will more than mitigate. I wonder what does not fit in this picture?
