FWIW, Did some checking into BYDS. I am employed by the worlds largest provider of commerical credit and marketing information. I pulled our report on BYDS, and it came up suprisingly clean!!

There was evidence of slow payment tendancies, but nothing near to that which is typical of companies at the time of bankruptcy. Further, there was no evidence of suits, liens, and judgments filed against BYDS, which is a typical characteristic of firms at/near bankruptcy.
