Final Update on my Computer Problems:

I installed the card. Hmmmmmmmm!

Had to call California for help with computer settings...could hardly understand the girl.....not Gateway but someone they use for cards, software, etc.

She got both screens working....I hung up.....I had Fonts so large and could not correct the problem as I have done before. Restored my computer to yesterday. It did not help but now I only have 1 screen working. Duh! it did

NOW the good part:

Called Gateway and got the best service I have ever had from over the internet chat tech. They got my permission to enter my computer, went in and reset all of my settings and got both screens with regular fonts.

Asked that I keep my hands off the cursor. I could see the them move my cursor here and there as they were working. I am so thankful I have that done.

OH!!!! BTW!!! The person that helped me solve this problem was a woman........I feel confident I will be fine. :-)

Just kidding guys!

I'll tell you Gateway has great Tech service. As good as IBM use to be.

Let's see that took 2 weeks of my life,

I'm looking for another project, maybe I should take up bush hogging. Just kidding RR! :-)
