You are a very rude person and appear to have the same literacy problems as other Republicans who periodically show up in this forum and eventually make it to my ignore list. I double checked mpg files I have stored on my desktop against the graphics on the cover that was posted - before I made the comment about the level of coincidence involved in the cross hairs in the graphics version being at the identical location of the second plane strike at the WTC. They are identical whether you believe it or not. Also, whether or not you have enough imagination or intellect to calculate the odds against a coincidence of that nature happening by pure chance, it's remarkable never the less - about like being dealt a royal flush in spades two hands in a row.
Do I think the Justice Department printed up the manuals after coming up with a plan to hit the WTC with airplanes? That strikes me as unlikely. Do I think there's a connection between the amount of research done by the US Government on using planes as weapons and sending weaponized biological agents through the mail? IMO, only a barefoot, backwoods, inbred, country bumpkin of a Republican would fail to see the similarities between the government research and the events of September 2001.
Is it really that difficult to picture Rumsfeld, with his stated desire for the next Pearl Harbor, staring at that particular cover while trying to get ideas on how to make it happen? The Bush Cartel certainly had full access to all the prior research, which is more than anyone could say about a hand full of foreign exchange students.

Assuming no conspiracy was involved, you'll no doubt be able to present a mountain of evidence to support the theory Osama did it. To date, there hasn't been a single person who appeared on this thread expressing contrasting editorial opinions who has been able to do so. Perhaps you'll be the exception.
