The lieutenant governor proposes amending the state Constitution to regulate gasoline prices. Oh for crying out loud. You know what Bill? Maybe Cali deserves Gray and Bustamante. Let Californians sit in gas lines while rolling blackouts darken the state and their jobs flee to Texas. Maybe they'll clue in eventually. Derek
