US is on its way to becoming a nation of investors who allocate capital across the globe to where it is used most productively. Allocating capital to where it "used most productively" would require American "investors" to learn an entire new skill set. Mostly the opposite has been happening for the last ten years. Capital is allocated to momentum, hype and and hallucinogenic visions.
