With a Price to sales over 10 and a PE of 60 the stock is way overvalued compared to the general market and the industry in general. Bringing the PE down to 20 and Price to sales at 3 then, considering the outstanding shares the price comes out to 5.51. Now, if one puts in the new offering of 2.5 mil. shares then the eps must come up to .25 just to maintain the 5.51 price at fair value. Add in the extra 3.3 mil. shares in warrants and options by the underwriterss then....well you get the picture. Ken
